PostSubject: Standard game scoring and how it works   Tue Aug 17, 2010 3:45 pm

OK, here is how the Mercenary Republic Scoring system works:

A Regular game day is scored as 500 points for attending to each player
A game win is worth 200 points per player on the winning team for each game their team wins.

SO Each player can earn:

Regular game day attendance = 500 points
Regular game day - Game win = 200 points (Max 3 games per day)

Mini Scenario game day attendance = 800 points
Mini Scenario game day - Game win = 600 points (Max 5 games per day)
(Required: This must be a planned Scenario day with storyline and objectives, multi-part campaign)

Major Scenario game day attendance = 1500 points
Major Scenario game day - Game win = 1000 points (Max 1 game per day)
(Required: This must be a planned Scenario day with storyline and objectives, multi-part campaign)
(Required: Minimum 50 players if less then it is a Mini Scenario day)

Squad Tournament Attendance = 800 points
Squad Tournament - tournament win = 2000 points per player (1 team per tournament)
Required: Minimum 4 squads of atleast 5 players each (20 players minimum) Reffereed event

Engineering days are calculated as follows:

Since we are an outlaw field and have lots of opportunity to do engineering days I have incresed the requirements for these badges for all players. Here is our standard:

Bronze - You must participate in 2 field work days of atleast 4 hours in length
Bronze is given to players who have made the effort to help

Silver - You must participate in 4 field work days of atleast 4 hours in length
Silver is given to player who have become the core engineering guys and attend most engineering days

Gold - You must participate in 8 field work days of atleast 4 hours in length
- You may not earn your Bronze, Silver & Gold in the same calender year
Gold is given to those who become the Engineering leaders, they plan and organize most of the engineering days. They must have atleast 1 full year experience and have worked on more than one field.

All badges with Bronze, Silver & GOld you must earn the Bronze before you can earn the silver & silver before the gold. See the awards section formore information on these Specifics.
